Abstract
Mobile Ad hoc Network (MANET) is a collection of mobile devices, a self configured, multi-hop network thus each device in network topology acts as a router. Routing protocols are necessary to find paths to reach other node. Due to mobility of nodes, routing plays an important role in communication. MANETs are being researched by many organizations and institutes. Many protocols have been developed for data link layer and network layer. Many researchers have been conducted numerous simulations for comparing the performance of these protocols under varying conditions and constraints. This paper gives AODV-TPRD for security purpose To reduce end-to-end delay and to increase packet delivery ratio local route discovery process is used when link breaks during transmission and performance comparison of AODV-TPRD with AODV is done.
