Abstract
The spectral domain method is extended to a wavefield propagating in the transition layer of a two-scale random surface. The integral equations set for the two-dimensional Fourier spectra of the wavefield by scattering from the random surface is obtained: the shadow and multiple scattering effects are taken into account in the approach. The solution of this set can be computed by a number of iterations
