  • Abstract
    A computer assisting test (CAT) platform of flow characteristics of electronic expansion valves (EEV) is taken as the studying object in this paper, then the mathematical model of experimental system of flow-opening is established, and the simulation analysis of response characteristic of valve mouth flow is achieved by the software of Simulink; In order to improve the stability and responsive rapidity of EEV´s flow characteristics, PID regulator is introduced in adjusting digital pulse signal of EEV´s stepping motor. The results of studying show that the control system of EEV´s flow-opening can obtain a better flow-opening performance on condition of PID control.
