Abstract :
Technological leapfrogging serves as the highest level of technological innovation. This paper firstly constructs an evaluation index system of external Environmental Quality for Technological Leapfrogging on basis of analyzing the external factors influencing on Technological Leapfrogging for High-tech Enterprise; then putting forward an Evaluation Model of external Environmental Quality based on BP Neural Network. Finally, this paper proves the effectiveness of the evaluation model combined with practical example.
