Abstract :
A spread spectrum PRMA (SSPRMA) is proposed. We analyze its throughput, and the probability of voice packet being dropped (Pdrop) by Markov chain analysis. Numerical results prove that SSPRMA enjoys a higher statistical multiplexing gain, however, SSPRMA also suffers drastic deterioration under heavy load condition
