An Analysis on Logistics Finance Based on Third Party Logistics and the Financing Model

As the increasingly growing globalization, the logistics industries of countries all over the world are developing rapidly. Logistics finance as a new financial innovation product, is creating a tremendous market demand. Through client-agent game analysis ,this paper conducts the necessity of carrying out logistics finance based on the center of Third Party Logistics(TPL), and then proposes the financing model ,as well as the strength of the financing model. We hope our research can provide some references for the development of TPL.
