  • Abstract
    In the automatic control system of coal mine rubber tire locomotive, CAN communication card is adopted by IPC to communicate between the base stations underground. During the process of the communication, the main program firstly visits the dynamic link library by the interface library functions to initialize the CAN card. VCIInitcan initializes the CAN card and VCIStartCAN starts it. Secondly, the thread function VCIReceive is called to receive the data from the base stations circularly and then send the control command to the base stations by VCITransmit to control and dispatch the locomotive. The experimental results show that CAN card has been called successfully by the interface library functions to achieve a reliable communication between IPC and the base stations, which lays the groundwork for the operation of the locomotive under the automatic scheduling mine.
