  • Abstract
    The microwave amplitude equalizer is interconnected by several substructures of absorptive coaxial cavity resonator. Many factors, such as the length of cavity, dimension of cavity and probe, materials, the location of metal micro-adjustable screw and attenuation screw, number of substructure, etc, should be considered in the equalizer design. Several innovative tuning methods are used in the equalizer tuning, which is one of the most important step in the design
