Abstract :
In this paper the definition of a family of regions in the complex plane, called the bilinear transformation region is given. Based on it, the problem of robust pole clustering within these regions is investigated. By some LFT treatments, it is shown that the answer to the problem can be obtained by the mixed ν computation
