This article analyzes the interrelationship between technology innovation and property right institutions. The paper suggests that technology innovation is playing an important role in the formation and content of property right institutions and that the development of technology innovation is also interrelated with the change of property right institutions. This dynamic interrelationship has important implications for us to rethink the problems of some technology projects in China, for example, green technology innovation, from the angle of the property right institutions.
