Abstract :
This note studies the problem of stabilizing networked control systems (NCSs) over random time-delay channels. In order to reduce the negative influences of communication constraints including signal transmission delay, data packet dropout and quantization effect, a new method on the H controller design is presented. The proof techniques rely on Lyapunov function and linear matrix inequality (LMI) tools. The simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
