Abstract :
Our country has already the relatively mature rural new energy applicable technology, but the use is still at the primary stage. This paper mainly analyzes the insufficient utilization of our country rural new energy applicable technology and its reason, and puts forward the using strategy of the rural new energy applicable technology, the using mode of "Four elements of integration" and "Five elements matching", the safeguard measure.
