Abstract
This paper describes a mixed-signal IC for receiving both NTSC and ATSC signals. The signals enter the IC in the analog domain (IF or baseband) and are digitized in a ´switch box´. They are then output as separate digital video and audio. The IC is controlled across an I/sup 2/C-bus link.
