Abstract :
What is the economics of information? Many scholars study it on the base of the macro-economics or the micro-economics. This paper expounds it from the latter. So the main job of the economics of information is the information economy. The paper introduces the information economy. The paper defines the border of concept of information economy, expounds the essentials of the information economy, the features of the information economy. Finally the paper discusses the difference among the information economy, the network economy and the knowledge economy.
