Abstract
China´ s economic development is facing environmental and resource constraints, so it has become the key for sustainable economic development to transform the pattern of economic development and adjust the economic structure. The low-carbon mode of growth advocated by low-carbon economy is the best way for China´ s future sustainable economic development. However, in the transition to the low-carbon mode, there exist obstacles in industrial structure such as the low industry level and heavy industrial structure. Fostering technological innovation, developing emerging industries, establishing a carbon trading mechanism, imposing a carbon tax and other measures are effective measures to promote the development of China´ s low-carbon economy, and further accelerate the upgrading and transformation of industrial structure in China.
