Abstract :
In the food processing, on the surface of high-temperature sausage´s residual moisture has been impacted on large-scale of production. For the first time to propose the use of air processor and transport tape to complete the design of the proposal of the surface of high-temperature sausage´s moisture content dried. The system adopt PLC and transducer to process the corresponding control. By varieties of high-temperature sausage´s actual operation, the results met the design requirements, corresponding with the industry and manufacturers of food-related requirements, and overcome the shortcomings of past occupying an great area and instability in the quality. The system reach full automatic operation from incoming stock to the packaging.
