Abstract
This paper describes a methodology to analyze the manufacturing system in order to raise critical skills, calculate and work out the human resource requirements planning (HRRP), allocate the operator abilities according to the performance objectives and adjust the operator abilities by taking into account the operator workload. Through a case study in an agri-food SME, we present the results of this experimental approach which meets the requirements of these typical companies.
