Abstract :
According to the structure of beam components of bridge type five axis linkage gantry machining center model TH58, three-dimensional solid models were established and meshed by ANSYS software. Using component analysis from the model analysis theory, the finite element models were analysised on static force, vibration model and harmonic response analysis. As a result, beam components structure has been optimized and its weight of has been reduced. So, it is important to improve the performance of machine by using finite element analysis in the design of the machine to meet the needs of high-speed machining by gantry machining center.
