  • Abstract
As a knowledge representation framework and a kind of probability inference engine, Bayesian networks are widely used in reasoning and decision-making. The situation assessment knowledge representation using the FUZZY-Bayesian networks, fuzzy logic and fuzzy inference for situation assessment were presented, and implementation of a real-time, fully functional situation assessment system were analyzed. Finally, the process of how to use FUZZY-Bayesian technique for situation assessment was showed by an example. The results shows that a FUZZY-Bayesian network of attack situation and the propagated net with joint probabilities can reflect the stochastic environment and realize near future situation prediction as clear and simple as possible.
