Abstract
As an efficient way to describe functional requirements, use case is accepted by more and more developers. Despite their popularity, there are many problems in the usage of use cases. To solve the problems that encountered, we propound an activity based use case meta-model to represent use case in a multiple perspective and to enhance use case reuse.
