  • Abstract
The UHF adjacent channel combiner is in a great demand because of the shortage of the frequency resource along with the development of the "China Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting (CMMB)" system and the "Digital Television Terrestrial Broadcasting (DTTB)" system. The high-selectivity band-pass filter is a must for the adjacent channel combiner. The characteristics of the frequency drift caused by the temperature of the coaxial and waveguide resonators, which were used to construct the filter, were investigated in this paper. Two types of the coaxial resonator and two types of cylinder waveguide resonator were studied. The main reason of the coaxial resonant frequency drift was found out. Some frequency drift compensation methods were proposed as well in this paper.
