Abstract
Considers the problem of output feedback stabilization of linear time-delay systems. A block controllable form is introduced and a non-singular decomposition transformation that reduces the system to this form is proposed. A design of observer based control is explained using the high gain and sliding mode approaches. Conditions of stability of the closed-loop system are derived. Example of the application of the proposed control strategy and observer design are illustrated
