Abstract :
The development of the CERTS microgrid concept is discussed, in addition to discussion of modifications necessary to the controls of microsources (microturbines, for example) that are necessary for operation in the CERTS microgrid. Also described is a testbed that will be constructed to test the CERTS microgrid concept.
