Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

To direct at the estimates for blasting performance parameters of the distribution of ethnic statistics, we introduced the basic definition of the distribution of faith. For the distribution of two-parameter family, given the general methods to structure the parameters belief distribution. On this basis, structure the confidence interval of parameters. Finally,use the method to conclude the magnification coefficient of passing blasting series. The simulate results show that the belief conclude method is superior to the traditional method.
