Abstract :
The Application, significance and necessity of FCB is illustrated in this paper. The six key technology of FCB based on conventional configuration is proposed. Required conditions are analyzed from three aspects: the applications of control system, the load rejection test and run back test. The implementation method of fuel control, turbine bypasss control and speed control in FCB test of some 300MW unit is given. The implementation result of FCB test is also supplied.
