  • Abstract
    In this paper, we demonstrate the synthesis of CdTe tetrapods, consisting of four nanorod arms extending, out at tetrahedral angles, including control of arm length and diameter. Applications of these new nanocrystals will exploit their optical, electronic and mechanical properties.
