The study on path option of the internationalization of private enterprises in Zhejiang

China´s private enterprises have been obtaining more and more international business opportunities since China accessed to the WTO. After thirty years of development, the internationalization of Chinese enterprises has become an indispensable force in the ranks and played a decisive role in the national economy. Zhejiang is a typical province of private economy and one of the regions that firstly start internationalization. The development of private enterprises in Zhejiang Province made a great contribution to the economy. However, due to internal factors and external obstacles, the private enterprises do not go smoothly in the road of internationalization. Faced with a complex foreign trade environment, the development and the level of private enterprises in Zhejiang need to enhance urgently and the traditional mode of internationalization needs to be transformed urgently. This paper analyzes the situation and the difficulties private enterprises in Zhejiang encountered in internationalization, with a view to find an effective internationalization way for private enterprises in Zhejiang, and hope to make these pathways widely used in reality so that makes private enterprises improve their international competitiveness.
