Abstract
Some manufacturing enterprises which aim to improve their market competitive advantage and get better market performance and financial performance, are implementing servitization strategy. Even some of them sell the function and service of their products instead of products and transform into some sense of service enterprisers. However, in the process of servitization, they face the interest conflicts in the value chains of each link, sharp increase in the operating costs and the boycott from organizations reply to the change. Therefore, the enterprises should take effective measures to weaken the obstacles to assure the implementation of servitization strategy and the whole of performance based on the right service model and its own characteristics.
