Abstract :
With the development of society and improvement of technology, manufacturing service has gradually become one of the trends for manufacturing industry nowadays in this world. Analyzed from the value chain theory and "smiling curve" perspective, the development of the manufacturing service industry has certain reasons and motivations. That is to say that it is a kind of industry development trend which adapts to the extension of products\´ value chain, the demand variety of products\´ heterogeneity, the rapid development of technology as well as resources and energy restraint.
