Abstract
This paper investigate characteristics of frequency, light efficiency, voltage-ampere relationship in Φ=11.8mm and Φ=16mm two kinds tube diameter compact fluorescent lamp. The aim of this paper was to investigate how to choose operating condition in different diameter lamps and how to choose ballast parameters. The experimental results show the working frequency from 15 kHz to 40 kHz fit to slim and rough tube lamp both, the max light efficiency of slim tube lamp decreases faster than rough one when operating frequency below 10 kHz.
