Abstract :
AlN ceramics is an excellent material with perfect thermal conductivity that can be used in printing circuit board, but when laser drilling on it, it is possible that melting resolvent will be produced all around the holes, which may affect the process. Therefore, through performing experiments on AlN, we find that laser drilling impacts little on AlN materials. Thus we get to know how to improve the quality when the laser drilling on AlN.
