Abstract

This paper analyses cooperation interaction relationship between government, entrepreneurs and tech SMEs based on triple spiral theory. By the analytic hierarchy process and regression analysis method, this paper studies the influential factors of development of tech SMEs, and gets the conclusion that government´s policy and the entrepreneurs´ professional quality are the important endogenous and exogenous factors to the development of tech SMEs, and some strategies are recommended.
