Abstract :
After a brief introduction of the structure of instruments of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), this paper mainly analyzes the principle of a ultraviolet-visible (Ul-Vis) measurer, discusses its embedded system-based design which includes the consideration of hardware circuit, software structure and the implementation of chromatography computer workstations communicating with low level measurers basing on 485-bus.
