Abstract
Most of the scholars both at domestic and abroad study cultural integration in mergers and acquisitions with ´enterprise homogeneity´ as basic logic premise, which, to some extent, has obstructed the further understanding of cultural integration. More explanation for mergers and acquisitions has been, with the standpoint of entrepreneur ability, given in this paper from the viewpoint of ´enterprise heterogeneity´. Also, the connotation of both entrepreneur ability and cultural integration in mergers and acquisitions has been defined. Creatively, a cultural integration model based on entrepreneur ability is presented, trying to supply a new way of the theoretical research and practical research on mergers and acquisitions.
