Abstract
This paper first analyzes the current situation of mainland private enterprises´ investment in Taiwan from the three aspects of investment scale, investment field as well as investment mode. Then it discusses the aim of mainland private enterprises´ investment in Taiwan and its significance in realizing the healthy and steady development of private enterprises by means of transformation from both microcosmic and macrocosmic aspects. It emphasizes on exploring the advantages as well as disadvantages influencing the investment in Taiwan and provides some measures to promote private enterprises´ investment in Taiwan from the view of private enterprises, mainland and Taiwan, realizing the transformation of mainland private enterprises.
