Analysis on dilemma of producer services returning nurturing manufactures in Zhejiang, China

Economic development in Zhejiang is in state of comparative dilemma, so as it is necessary to achieve transformation and upgrading by producer services´ returning nurturing manufactures. The level of producer services being comparatively low and the pressure of transformation of manufactures being high, there exist larger dilemma both producer services and manufactures, and relevant policies made by different levels of local government in Zhejiang cannot make producer services efficiently return nurturing manufactures. Finally, measures are made for producer services returning nurturing manufactures from aspects of promoting manufactures upgrading, accelerating development of producer services and merging together with producer services and manufactures.
