Abstract

China´s private economy is in a critical period of transformation and upgrade, faces many environmental factors at home and abroad. The mainly barriers is in the Systemic, institutional barriers. Needs to strengthen the innovative concept to enhance the initiative of transformation and upgrade; change institutional mechanisms to compaction the basis of transformation and upgrade; improve the self-renovation capability and enhance the core competitiveness; promote innovation in the financial system to create a relaxed financial environment.
