Career Planning for Staff of Shaanxi Provincial Natural Gas Corporation

The purpose of this paper was to provide several different careers planning for staff in Shaanxi Provincial Natural Gas Company according to their characteristics, education background and different ambitions. On the basis of detailed presentation of the institutional framework of Shaanxi Province Natural Gas Corporation, several typical career planning were made for staff with different ambitions according to the career planning principles. These career planning were based on facts; they were practical and realistic; and they coordinated the individual career target with the corporation developing target. The career planning for Shaanxi Province Natural Gas Corporation staff suggested in this paper can help effectively give full play to the staff subjective initiative and help all the personnel to achieve their self-worth.
