Study on the mechanism and measures promoting innovation development of private enterprises in Zhejiang after the economic crisis

After the economic crisis, the world economic development trends changed greatly, including the rise of emerging economics, the pressure of global energy conservation, popularity of internet and changes in the world economic structure, etc. All these changes make adjustment and upgrading of China´s industry structure necessary and urgent. How to improve their ability of independent innovation for the private enterprises in Zhejiang province in face of current fierce international competition, scarce resources shortage and bottleneck of further development and growth, becomes the focus of special attention of the public. This paper gave an analysis for the current development status of private enterprises in Zhejiang and factors restricting their innovation development. Mechanisms and measures promoting private enterprises´ innovation are proposed, such as to ensure smooth running of macroeconomic, to broaden the financing channels, to pay attention to talents training and introduction, to strengthen the guiding and training to private enterprises, and to strengthen the service system and so on.
