Abstract
From the aspects of overall structure of the system, principle of System Design, completeness, standardization, advancement and adaptability etc, a dynamic underground pipe network information system is proposed in the paper, which is supported by MapGIS as working platform. The dynamic management system of network is also discussed in detail from the aspects of terrain management module, editing module, comprehensive use module, network maintenance module, network planning module and web module. Taking a campus as example, the dynamic management system is built and comparatively satisfactory effect is obtained. The research provides a reliable basis for Building pipe network dynamic management System.
