Abstract
We construct a research model to investigate effects of leadership behavior on organizational performance in research university, in which leadership behavior includes three dimensions of structure, concern and development oriented leadership behavior, and organizational performance includes satisfaction, research performance and teaching performance. Hypotheses were tested using self-perceived data from new faculty of a research university. Results from the method of SEM suggest that both structure and development oriented leadership behavior positively and significantly affect organizational performance in research university.
