Abstract
Flocculating river water and adding CLO2 into the inlet and outlet of the cooling water system can effectively raise water quality, lower turbidity, eliminate alga microorganisms in the cooling water and reach the standard of the cooling water for power plants. In the paper, the effects of flocculation and algae removal in the cooling water treatment are studied. In order to get to the optimum treatment effect, the paper puts forward a computer Web monitoring system based on PLC and discusses the system organization, the software and hardware structure and the Web communication model. The realization of the computer monitoring system increases the efficiency and effect of the cooling water treatment.
