Abstract
The authors provide evidence number of industrial, scientific, devices operating outside the International Telecommunications Union frequency bands. The authors made measurements of out-of-band ISM signals at HF receiver facilities in Europe, the United States, Asia, and the Pacific Islands. The ISM signals presented cause interference to services operating in authorized allocations. The paper presents examples of the ISM interference in a unique time, frequency, and power domain presentation
