Text Mining & Visualization on Doctor Dissertation Text of International Management Science

Text mining is the extraction of useful information from large volumes of literature. This paper addresses text mining in the context of the international management doctor dissertation literature from ProQuest Digital Dissertation. Based on the principle and method of co-word analysis, visualization technology, and social network analysis method, 1880 PhD dissertations text are analyzed. The results show that the 92 high frequency words are cluster 11 word groups; Two word groups exists close connection and belongs to management´s central research subject; one word group is mainly manages research methods; there are 22 words become the most central subject words.
