Abstract
Presents a case study for implementing digital signal processing functions using a programmable application specific IC. A logic cell array device is used to implement structures for sampling rate alteration. The denoted structures are well-suited for VLSI implementation because of their regularity and modularity. The performance and chip resources for an interpolator circuit are examined
