Abstract :
(Full Paper not available at time of publication) This paper discusses the development of cylindrical wound metallzed-fllm capacitors of nominal 2 μF, 500 V rating that have energy densities greater than 0.1 J/g. This density Is about a factor of 20 better than capacitors of similar ratings commonly used In spacecraft power conditioners.
