Abstract :
Summary form only given. The collisionless transport coefficients are computed in fully ionized plasmas heated by high-frequency electromagnetic waves. For this, the electron Fokker-Planck equation is solved with the use of the continued fractions. The thermodynamic potentials considered are electrons temperature, the plasma electric field, the electron fluid velocity, and the drift velocity. For simplicity, the electron-electron collisions are modeled by the Krook operator and this interaction is kept in the isotropic and anisotropic part of the Fokker-Planck equation. In the end, we give the concluding remarks.
