Abstract :
Our big challenge global environmental issue - how wisely the human being can use the natural resources on this planet? - is now recognized to be one of the most crucial factors that limit the activities of human being towards next century. We can identify global change problems as some physical phenomena separately, such as climate change, ozone layer depletion, deforestation, loss of biodiversity and so on. But those issues relate closely with each other physically and socially as well, formulating one mega-trend that certainly gives impacts to the trend of technology and offers new goal to challenge researchers
