Abstract :
We design and develop the Fingerprint pollution source identification system of accidental water pollution emergency. It\´s built on MapInfo platform, and developed by MapBasic language. By comparing the water quality test result of the accidental water pollution emergency with the "fingerprint" characteristics database, the system identifies specific sources of pollutants and provides appropriate prevention and response measures to make sure that the accidental water pollution emergency management can be taken more perfect, targeted, reasonable and scientific.
