Abstract :
Supervising system of safety in production takes on the supervision duty in the safety production field all over China. It is a question how to free the supervisors from heavy and fruitless daily work by relying on modern information technology and help them to make real contribution in these aspects, such as preventing accidents, reducing accidents, dealing with accidents scientifically and directing renewing and rebuilding work. This thesis put forward design on how to construct the safe production supervising and emergency-aid system including GIS platform.
